Terms of Service
These terms apply to everyone who uses polify.xyz. They cover what you may do on the site, who owns the work shown on it, what happens to anything you send us through the careers form, and the limits of what Polify is responsible for. Client projects are governed by a separate written agreement, not by this page.
1. Who we are, and what this covers
Polify ("Polify", "we", "us") is a creative studio working on branding, product design, motion and creative direction. These terms are an agreement between Polify and you, and they cover this website at https://www.polify.xyz and everything published on it.
By browsing the site or sending us anything through it, you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.
Paid work is different. If Polify is delivering a project for you, the proposal, statement of work or contract you signed governs that engagement — scope, fees, timelines, ownership of the deliverables and confidentiality. Where that agreement and this page disagree, the signed agreement wins.
2. Using the site
You're welcome to browse the site, share links to it, and apply for a role through the careers form. What you may not do:
- Interfere with the site or try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, its APIs or the systems behind it.
- Scrape, crawl or copy it at scale, or reuse its content to train or build a competing product without our written permission.
- Upload anything unlawful, malicious, or that you don't have the right to share.
- Impersonate someone else, or submit an application in another person's name.
- Use the site in a way that breaks the law where you are.
We can suspend or block access if any of the above happens, without notice.
3. Our content, and our clients'
The design, code, copy, animations and the Polify mark on this site belong to Polify and are protected by copyright and trade mark law.
The case studies and portfolio pieces are a different matter. That work was made for clients, and the brands, logos and trade marks in it belong to those clients. It is published here as a record of what we did, with permission. Nothing on this site transfers any right in it to you.
You may link to the site and quote short passages with attribution. Anything more — republishing pages, reusing the imagery, lifting the visual system — needs our written permission first, and, for client work, the client's.
4. What you send us
The careers form asks for your name, your contact details, a link to your work and, if you want, files. This section is about those.
- You keep ownership. Sending us your portfolio does not give us any right in the work itself.
- You give us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store your submission, open it, and share it inside Polify for one purpose: assessing your application and getting back to you.
- You confirm the work is yours, or that you're allowed to share it, and that sending it to us breaks no confidentiality agreement or NDA you're under.
- Please don't send anything confidential to a current or former employer or client. If you're unsure whether you can share a piece, leave it out.
- We may keep a record of your application after a decision so we can come back to you about future roles. The privacy policy explains for how long, and how to have it deleted.
Unsolicited ideas, pitches or concepts sent to us outside a signed agreement are treated as non-confidential. We may already be working on something similar, and we can't promise not to.
5. Links and third-party services
The site links out to services we don't run — Cal.com for booking a meeting, Telegram, X and LinkedIn for reaching us, and the sites of the clients whose work is shown here. Once you follow one of those links you're on someone else's site, under their terms and their privacy policy. We're not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
6. Availability, and no warranty
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it up and accurate, but we don't promise it will be available without interruption, free of errors, or that anything on it is complete or current. We may change, move or remove any part of it, including the careers form, at any time and without notice.
As far as the law allows, we give no warranties of any kind about the site, express or implied.
7. Limits of our liability
As far as the law allows, Polify is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from your use of this site or your inability to use it.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. If you have a signed agreement with us, the liability terms in that agreement govern the work done under it.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update this page. The date at the top says when it last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms. This version took effect on 8 September 2026.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Polify is established, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site is subject to the courts of that country. Nothing here removes a protection that the law where you live gives you and that cannot be waived by agreement.
